Pirata is a son of Prometido de Selecta and Cantaleta del Conde. Prometido is a past National & International Champion in the Fino Division.  Prometido has been in the PFHA Top Ten Sires list for the past four years.  Cantaleta is the daughter of Retorno del Ocho and Joya La Joya, the famous daughter of Ladrillo.

Pirata is the 2006 National Champion in both, the Performance 3 year old Colt and the Performance 3 year old Amateur Owner Colt divisions.  He won both titles by unanimous decision.  In 2007 he became National Champion again in both the 4 year old Professional and Amateur Owner divisions.

At the 2007 International World Cup Championship show held in Jacksonville, Florida in November, Pirata brought home the Gold winning again in both the Professional and Amateur Owner divisions!    

He started 2008 in style with winning in the A/O and Professional Performance divisions at Grand Prix in Florida.  This colt has won it all…  

Pirata is the six-time national champion and the two-time grand national champion performance stallion, winning in both pro and amateur divisions in 2008.
